ACYF celebrates the re-signing of the MOU

The Umingmak Centre has supported and helped over 250 children and families since the opening of the centre in 2019.

Arctic Children & Youth Foundation services are rooted in Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit, and Inuktut, to ensure we serve our children and youth to the best of our abilities. It would not be possible to effectively run these unique programs if we did not have support from our partner agencies. The relationships we have built with you are vital to our ongoing work. The re-signing of the MOU means that there is still a strong commitment to the best interest of our children and youth. The Umingmak Centre is a holistic, culturally safe space that focuses on the healing of the child and gives tools to help support them and their families moving forward. Thank you to all our partners for your dedication and commitment to the Umingmak Centre. It has made a tremendous positive impact in ensuring service delivery for our children and youth continues.
